Beads are my passion - the rich colours, textures, materials, be it glass, bone, crystal, plastic or semi-precious gems. Since ancient times, beads have been used to adorn the body and clothes, and they where used in art as well. Embellishing hand-dyed and painted fabrics with beads has been an exciting journey of discovery and growth as a bead artist.

I am in constant search of ways to bring together my love of beads, fibre, and fabric.  From an intricate piece of jewellery, to embellishing hand-painted cloth, beads will always be a source of inspiration for my artwork.
