Jo Wilkinson

" Art was always a favourite class of mine in elementary school but unfortunately it was unavailable to me in high school. However, it was always in the back of my mind to continue making art. Due to commitments and time constraints of life, such as teaching full time and raising two children, I didn't get back to my art until I retired in 2002. Since then, I have taken many courses with a wide variety of art teachers-most recently Hilda Markson Gray. I have been fortunate to learn something new and exciting from each teacher. Watercolour painting is something I enjoy doing and I feel that my work is growing and changing as I continue to paint and learn more with each course that I take or each painting that I undertake. I am excited to continue growing and developing as a painter."
